C.S.A. Box...

We got our first C.S.A. box today!

I figured since we live in a place known for its agriculture we

should take advantage of it.

I will have to plan our menu according to what we get in the box each week

which will be fun to incorporate veggies that are new to us.

I never buy radishes so we will see if we like them!

WED: spinach tomato orzo soup/ good crusty bread

THUR: mexican quinoa salad

FRI: pesto tilapia ( via costco and the kids fave) / roasted radishes

SAT: eat out

SUN: barefoot contessa summer garden pasta 

(made last week and we LOVED it)

MON: kale lasagna 

TUE: tomato swiss grilled cheese and tomato soup

Missing Utah...

 

it has been so hot here... wish we could go out
on the back porch and eat one of Nana's choc chip cookies.

We are back from Utah....

after eating out for almost every meal and junk all day long
we really need a good menu this week.
